Our forums are a place where you can discuss issues and questions with other users of OpenOffice.org. You can ask questions, and when you've been using OOo for some time you may like to help others by posting answers too.
The forums our our primary means of providing support to customers, so our moderators regularly check the forums for new posts. Therefore, when posting a question, you may receive a reply either from fellow users, or one of us.
If you can't find an answer to your question on 8daysaweek.co.uk, you may like to try one of the other OpenOffice.org forums:
Other Forums
- The Users Community forum has many users, and we were involved when is was set up in 2007. As administrators on these forums we also visit occasionally and answer questions there, as well as on our own forums. The downside to these forums is that they are very large and quite complex. However most of the users and volunteers are friendly and will help you out if you get lost!
- If you're a Mac user, you may like to visit the Trinity Forums. Trinity forums are part of NeoOffice.org which is an Office Suite, based on OpenOffice.org, but with numerous Mac improvements. It is included on the 8daysaweek CD for Mac OS® (Intel)
- There's also www.oooforum.org - the first OpenOffice.org forum we joined. This is still a valuable archive of references and tutorials, and there are still users who post there. However the forums themselves haven't been actively updated and improved in recent years.
